Incident Management Analyst - (6-11 Years)

Minimum 2 years if experience working with incident management, ticketing platforms like JIRA, SNOW
Good understanding of different lifecycle stages of incidents from creation till closure
Analytical mindset with ability to triage data issues, understanding the challenge.
Technical ability to perform initial analysis of issues alongside stakeholders and assign to appropriate owner.
Experience writing RCAs
Experience working on on-prem Data Warehouse (Teradata, Hadoop etc.)
Experience working on Cloud Data Warehouse (AWS etc.)
Strong SQL skills (minimum 7 /10)
Use of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word)
Understanding of data lineage concepts
Data quality domain knowledge
Able to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Able to collaborate with other teams to understand and articulate data issues.
