We are seeking a motivated Area Sales Manager with 4–5 years of experience in  vending business. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales execution, distributor management, and account acquisition. 1. Driving territory sales planning and execution to capture market growth opportunities.
2. Managing distributor networks and ensuring adherence to process compliances.
3. Generating leads, conducting demos, and closing new accounts.
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely supplies and machine servicing.
5. Coordinating machine redeployment in case of pull-outs.
6. Tracking machine availability and monitoring business throughput.

Requirements:

1. 4–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, vending, or related functions.
2. Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to source business independently.
3. Experience in distributor management and account acquisition.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
6. Aggressive growth mindset and ability to achieve targets.
