Assistant Manager - P&C Operations - 7+ years – Bangalore

Your Future Employer:- Our client is a global insurance and risk management services organization, known for its strong international presence, robust service delivery model, and focus on operational excellence. The organization provides end-to-end insurance operations support across P&C and specialty lines for global clients.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and lead a team of 10+ FTEs handling P&C insurance operations
2. Ensure end-to-end service delivery, SLA adherence, and quality standards
3. Act as the first point of contact for client escalations and operational queries
4. Drive team performance, productivity, and engagement
5. Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, and performance reports
6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and Kaizen initiatives
7. Coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure smooth shift operations
8. Maintain high standards of customer service and operational compliance

Requirements

1. 4+ years of experience in Insurance BPO/KPO operations
2. P&C insurance experience is mandatory
3. Minimum 2 years of team handling experience on paper (Team Lead / Team Manager)
4. Experience managing 10+ team members
5. Strong exposure to service delivery, SLA, and client communication
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
8. Early joiners preferred (Notice Period less than 60 days)
