Assistant General Manager – IT Infrastructure, NOC, Security & Compliance – 10–15+ Years - Mumbai

Summary – We are looking for a senior IT leader to manage and strengthen the organization’s end-to-end IT Infrastructure, NOC, Cybersecurity, Cloud, DevOps, and IT Governance functions. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, cyber resilience, regulatory compliance, business continuity, and secure adoption of emerging technologies, including AI governance.

Responsibilities  

10–15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Operations, and Security leadership roles.

Manage enterprise LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, and internet connectivity.

Lead NOC operations, ensuring 24×7 monitoring, SLA adherence, and infrastructure uptime.

Oversee server infrastructure, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), storage, and DC/DR operations.

Manage cybersecurity operations including firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Drive cloud and DevOps initiatives across AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC (Terraform/Ansible).

Lead IT governance and compliance for ISO 27001, SOC 2, DPDP Act, internal audits, DR drills, and BCP readiness.

Establish and monitor AI usage governance, ensuring data security, privacy, and compliance.

Oversee identity and collaboration platforms (AD, IAM, SSO/MFA, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).

Manage vendors, SLAs, licensing, renewals, and IT asset lifecycle.

Lead and mentor Infrastructure, NOC, Security, and DevOps teams, working closely with business stakeholders.
