Responsibilities - 

  1. Oversee and manage insurance and reconciliation operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Analyze and resolve reconciliation discrepancies, ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement effective solutions.
  4. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to leadership.
  5. Stay updated with relevant regulatory and compliance standards, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  6. Lead internal audits and provide suggestive measures for improvement.

Requirements - 

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in Insurance and Reconciliation, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
  2. Proficiency in financial software, reconciliation platforms, and advanced Excel.
  3. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Leadership or team management experience is an advantage.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualifications (CA, CFA, or equivalent) will be a plus.
