  3. Conduct detailed audits and identify areas of improvement to uphold service integrity and compliance.
  4. Liaise with cross-functional teams to implement quality enhancement initiatives.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international standards and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance and insurance.
  6. Analyze data-driven metrics to refine and optimize QA practices continually.

Requirements - 

  1. Experience: Minimum 7 years in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or relevant roles within financial services and insurance domain.
  2. Skills: Expertise in Quality Assurance methodologies, a proven track record of improving QA processes, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Deep knowledge of insurance practices in the financial services sector.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
  5. Proficiency in relevant tools, technologies, and software for Quality Assurance.
  6. Certification in QA or related fields will be a plus.
