Responsibilities

As our Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - F&A Operations, you will:

• Oversee and streamline daily financial and accounting operations to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to support decision-making processes.
• Lead a team by providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• Implement internal accounting controls to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial reports for stakeholders to support strategic planning and forecasting.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in financial and accounting operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Exceptional skills in MS Office applications; proficiency in ERP systems like SAP/Oracle will be an asset.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
