Your Future Employer-Join a global leader in insurance and financial services as an Actuarial Analyst / Associate – Life Valuation & Modelling. This role is ideal for actuarial professionals with 3+ years of experience who are passionate about developing robust valuation models, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving innovation in actuarial processes. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance life insurance valuation and projection models using actuarial software tools.
- Ensure regulatory and financial reporting compliance under Solvency II, IFRS, and other global standards.
- Build and validate actuarial assumptions, perform reserve and capital calculations, and support experience analysis.
- Drive automation and process optimization in actuarial workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver insightful analyses and reports to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Certification: Cleared 2+ actuarial exams from IAI or IFoA.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in life valuation, modelling, or financial reporting.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Prophet, MoSes, AFM, or Risk Agility; advanced Excel and VBA skills.
- Knowledge & Skills: Strong grasp of Solvency II / IFRS, excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication with cross-functional teams.
