Assistant Manager- Training Coordinator-Insurance (3+ years’ experience)

An opportunity for candidates with 3+ years of experience in Training Process and excellent communication skills.

Candidates working in Insurance Industry will be preferred.

Location- Bangalore

  1. Managing end to end learning programs/ initiatives including TNI, Training coordination, PKTs, Refreshers, Pre-Process, Process, Onboarding, Upskilling, Content Review, Trainer Calibration.

  2. Managing end to end stakeholder relationship.

  3. Maintaining regular touch points with stake holders to discuss the ongoing trainings, challenges, Progress

  4. Maintaining consultative relationships with SMEs, Trainers, Managers, Leadership team.

  5. Developing, updating and evaluating training materials and delivery methods

  6. Tracking and reporting effectiveness of learning interventions.

  7. Preparing reports for stakeholders, clients to present during the meets.

  8. Working closely with MI, Trainers, Clients for system access and keeping all posted on the progress.

  9. Ensuring all the trainers are TTT/WCT certified

  10. Maintaining and drive Nesting performers, raising red alert on real time basis


  1. Candidate must have 3+ years of experience in Training Coordination/Process/Product Training.

  2. Candidate must be a graduate.

  3. Candidate with experience in Insurance Industry will be preferred.

  4. Candidates with III/ LOMA will be preferred.

  5. Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
