Responsibilities

  1. Manage the end-to-end international payroll cycle for UK, US, and/or Canada employees, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
  2. Collect, validate, and process employee timesheets and payroll inputs.
  3. Calculate wages, including overtime, holiday pay, and other statutory or contractual components.
  4. Manage and process employee deductions such as benefits, retirement contributions, and statutory withholdings.
  5. Ensure accurate calculation, withholding, and payment of federal, state, and local payroll taxes.
  6. Maintain accurate and well-organized payroll records, employee data, and tax documentation.
  7. Ensure 100% compliance with applicable payroll laws, tax regulations, labor laws, and internal company policies.

 

Requirements

  1. 3 to 8 years of relevant payroll experience, with a minimum of 3 years in UK, US, or Canada international payroll.
  2. Graduate qualification is mandatory.
  3. Strong understanding of international payroll processes, tax regulations, and employment laws.
  4. Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end payroll activities.
  5. High attention to detail with a strong compliance-oriented mindset.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees, HR, finance, and external stakeholders.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines and accuracy standards.
