Assistant / Deputy Manager – Claims - 8 Yrs - Mumbai, Bangalore

Summary -
We are hiring experienced insurance claims professionals for Assistant / Deputy Manager roles, requiring strong domain expertise across multiple claim lines and excellent communication skills. The role involves managing teams and working in a US night shift environment.

Location - Any Location (Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore)

Responsibilities -

  1. Manage end-to-end insurance claims across General Liability, Auto/Motor & Direct, Cyber Claims, and Property & Casualty.

  2. Lead and manage a team, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to SLAs.

  3. Review complex claims and provide guidance to team members.

  4. Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements.

  5. Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely claim resolution.

Requirements -

  1. Excellent communication skills with 8+ years of total work experience.

  2. Must currently be working as an Assistant / Deputy Manager (AM/DM) on paper for at least 2 years.

  3. Mandatory team handling experience.

  4. Strong knowledge of insurance claims including General Liability, Auto/Motor & Direct, Cyber Claims, Property & Casualty.

  5. Candidates with experience in Subrogation total loss, admin team, or Health Insurance are not preferred.
