This exciting role would cover varied aspects end-to-end –Compensation & Salary structuring & planning, Variable Pay-Incentives & Commission Design, HRMS module planning, Benefits Policy Formulation, Long Term Incentives & ESOP Crafting, NRC & Board preparations, Executive Compensation among others-all built to deliver value to organisation’s employee experience & run across India & International locations, offering great learning opportunities & differentiated Leadership exposure.
MBA / Post-Graduation from a reputed Management Institute
8+ years of experience in international compensation and benefit role
Solid experience in leading project-based engagements
High proficiency in designing and leading engagements for segmentation studies
