Job Summary:

Required -a strong C & B professional with International experience. Open to foreign nationals based in UK, NYC and also Indian-origin professionals who can relocate to Mumbai.

This exciting role would cover varied aspects end-to-end –Compensation & Salary structuring & planning, Variable Pay-Incentives & Commission Design, HRMS module planning, Benefits Policy Formulation, Long Term Incentives & ESOP Crafting, NRC & Board preparations, Executive Compensation among others-all built to deliver value to organisation’s employee experience & run across India & International locations, offering great learning opportunities & differentiated Leadership exposure. 

Required Skills:

 

  • MBA / Post-Graduation from a reputed Management Institute

  • 8+ years of experience in international compensation and benefit role

  • Solid experience in leading project-based engagements

  • High proficiency in designing and leading engagements for segmentation studies
