Associate Director Finance- Credit Rating- LCG
A professional with more than 8 years of full-time experience in Large Corporate Rating is what we're seeking for. One who has performed credit rating, credit risk analysis, which includes market and industry research as well as financial analysis of several Large Sized Corporations.
Location- Mumbai/ Gurgaon
Your future employer:India's leading rating agency, which introduced the concept of credit rating to the country in 1987. Has rated the entire market debt instrument.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyzing Company’s financial performance which include; Past financial and business performance & Benchmark these against peers’ performance.
2. Undertaking rigorous credit risk analysis encompassing industry / business research and financial analysis of various Large Corporates and NBFC's.
3. Assigning Ratings and prepare reports that cogently capture the rationale behind the rating and making credit rating recommendation to the Rating Committee.
4. Discussing with the key management personnel of the corporates being rated to understand their strategy and business model
5. Making presentations to the Rating Committee and respond to the questions/provide clarifications in support of the rating recommendation
6. Managing small team of Analysts/Senior Rating Analysts and ensure quality and regulatory compliance of the team.
Requirements:
1. MBA/CA would be preferred.
2. 8-15 Years of experience in credit rating of Large Corporate Group and NBFC's.
3. Should be capable of multi-tasking and handling projects with deadlines
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
5. Hands-on experience in detailed financial modelling and in-depth credit analysis and credit research.
