Business Analytics Consultant - Alteryx  – 4+ Years - Bangalore/Gurgaon/Pune

Summary: We are looking for a Business Analytics Consultant with 4–7 years of experience in analytics and consulting environments. The role focuses on building high-quality reports and dashboards, translating complex data into actionable insights, and supporting leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Excel, SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau, along with a sharp analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

1. Developing reports using Excel, Alteryx, SQL, and JSON-based datasets

2. Building interactive Tableau dashboards and executive scorecards

3. Enhancing existing dashboards to improve clarity, usability, and performance

4. Writing optimized queries to support accurate and scalable reporting

5. Integrating data from multiple sources to enable meaningful analysis

6. Analyzing customer and advisor interaction data to identify trends and insights

7. Translating analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders

Requirements

1. 4–7 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or data visualization roles

2. Strong industry exposure to analytics, consulting, or data-driven service organizations

3. Hands-on expertise in Excel, SQL, and Alteryx for data preparation and reporting

4. Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard development; exposure to Figma is an added advantage

5. Understanding of JSON structures, data integration, and optimized query design

6. Experience with tools or datasets such as Genesys, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred

7. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
