Responsibilities -
- Identify, establish, and develop strong client and stakeholder relationships to expand market presence.
- Manage P&L, nurture key accounts, and deliver tailored solutions ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute business growth strategies.
- Proactively engage in business development to identify opportunities and gather requirements.
- Support creation of compelling presentations and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements-
- 6–10 years of experience in residential sales in the real estate B2C model.
- Strong business development skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel as per business needs.
