The person would be responsible for insuring timely and accurate processing of Increments and Bonus independently for employees.
They would be responsible for refreshing and updating Total Rewards.
They will be responsible for managing payroll management for all the employees.
They will be responsible for managing Compensation and Benefits and Rewards.
Responsible for compliance with all applicable plans, policies, and standards.
Responsible for developing a deep understanding of rewards trends in specific industries.
Person would be responsible for building & managing client base through retention of annuity clients as well as new client acquisition.
Responsible for reviewing the recommended solution with the business leader and present recommended solution to the client and modify.
Full time MBA from tier 1 Institute.
Responsible for managing rewards for the employees.
One with prior exposure of managing Rewards.
Relevant experience in compensation domain prior consulting experience is preferable.
