Shift Engineer – Tetra Pack- 5+Years - Sitarganj Uttarakhand

We are hiring a Shift Engineer – Tetra Pack to manage smooth operations and maintenance of Tetra filling lines during the assigned shift. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, production execution, and ensuring quality, safety, and hygiene standards on the shop floor.

Location – Sitarganj, Uttarakhand

Responsibilities –

1. Ensure smooth operation of all Tetra lines as per WCM standards and daily checks
2. Execute preventive maintenance schedules and attend online breakdowns
3. Maintain production, maintenance, SAP, and PMS records accurately and on time
4. Troubleshoot Tetra filling machines and downstream equipment issues
5. Coordinate with QA, Utility, Maintenance, and Stores to minimize downtime and wastage

Requirements –

1. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Maintenance Engineering
2. Strong knowledge of Tetra filling machines and Tetra line equipment
3. 5–10 years of experience in Beverage or Dairy manufacturing
4. Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare inventory control
5. Working knowledge of SAP, PMS, TPM/TPMS, and production documentation
