Consultant/Associate/ Senior Associate - Talent Consulting – (4-10 years of Exp.)
Looking for a working professional with more than 4+ years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Consulting, Organizational Development, HR Transformation and M&A solution. The candidate must have experience in working on different areas of HR with Masters from a Premium Management Institute.
People with prior Consulting experience is mandatory.
People from PREMIUM INSTITUTES would be considered.
Location: Mumbai, Gurgaon & Bangalore

Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading delivery of projects across in Talent and M&A solution like Organization Transformation, HR Transformation, Talent Management, M&A
Providing complete support in developing white-papers or POVs, creating proprietary tools or offerings under the guidance of internal SMEs, participating in client seminars and industry events, etc.
Responsible for supporting business development through participation in BD meetings, driving sales, etc.
One should be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and establish self as a trusted advisor to clients.
Requirements:
Full time MBA/ Equivalent from a premier institute.
4+ years of relevant work experience (Post MBA/ Equivalent) in HR function and proven track with reputed organizations.
One with great exposure of vendor and client management.
