Deputy Manager - P&C Operations - 10+ Years - Bangalore

We are looking to hire a seasoned professional to take on a key leadership role in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Operations with one of the leading organizations in the industry. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 10+ years of end-to-end experience in P&C Insurance Operations, along with at least 2 years of team handling experience. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Mode)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance operations, ensuring excellence in quality, compliance, and governance.
2. Manage and lead high-performing teams to consistently achieve operational and business objectives.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements, productivity, and operational efficiency.
4. Analyze workflows and performance metrics to identify gaps and implement streamlined, scalable solutions.
5. Ensure exceptional client delivery, optimal resource utilization, and strict adherence to legal, statutory, and organizational standards.

Requirements:

1. Any graduate with 10+ years of overall experience in Insurance Operations, including 6+ years of hands-on experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Operations.
2. Minimum 2 years of mandatory team handling experience.
3. Strong understanding of end-to-end insurance processes, P&C workflows, and regulatory requirements.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in MS Office and insurance platforms.
5. Immediate joiners preferred; candidates must be comfortable working in a non-voice, operations-driven environment.
