Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of Litigation Support Services with focus on U.S. Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Tort, and Workers’ Compensation matters
2. Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with client expectations and global legal standards
3. Manage client relationships, reporting dashboards, SLAs, and escalation handling
4. Drive project planning, resource allocation, and cost-effective service delivery
5. Lead, mentor, and develop legal teams; oversee performance management and upskilling
6. Support strategic initiatives including process optimization and legal tech implementation
7. Partner with business development teams on RFPs, proposals, and client presentations

 Requirements

1. LL.B. (mandatory) from a recognized institution (LL.M. preferred)
2. 15+ years in legal services, with 10+ years in supervisory/client-facing roles within LPO or legal services environments
3. Strong exposure to U.S. litigation, especially Personal Injury and Insurance Defense
4. Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills
5. Experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, and legal case management systems (e.g., Clio, ActionStep, Practice Panther)
6. Proven leadership experience managing large legal delivery teams
7. Strong communication skills and ability to work with international clients
