Responsibilities

As a Product Owner, you will be: 

• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to align product vision with business objectives. 
• Translating customer needs and feedback into prioritized product requirements and functionalities. 
• Working with cross-functional teams to manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. 
• Conducting competitive analysis and market research to ensure product alignment with industry trends. 
• Delivering user stories, workflows, and wireframes to articulate business needs for development teams. 
• Driving sprint planning and ensuring consistent delivery on time, within scope, and with optimal quality. 
• Identifying risks proactively, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring successful product outcomes. 

Requirements

To be a successful candidate, you should have: 

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field. 
• Over 5 years of experience in a Product Owner role, preferably in the Insurance domain. 
• Proven experience in Technology & Analytics practices. 
• Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies. 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work in a diverse team environment. 
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.
