Responsibilities
Gather and define business and technical requirements with stakeholders and tech teams
Configure changes in Aladdin and coordinate with BlackRock Solutions
Lead analysis across process design, testing, and data integration
Build business cases, track benefits, and support operational readiness
Drive change management and training for business users post go-live
Requirements
12+ years of total experience, with 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Asset Management
Strong understanding of Front Office operations and financial instruments
Hands-on with Agile, Jira, and Confluence
Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
Aladdin or similar investment platform experience preferred
