AVP - Procure to Pay - 11+ Years - Pune

Join a dynamic team to lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations with a strong focus on governance, client management, team leadership, and process excellence in a people-centric environment.

Location - Pune - 100% Work from Office (Rotational Shifts)

Responsibilities -

  1. Manage overall operations and SLA delivery across all processes for a key client.
  2. Ensure excellent client interaction with a focus on Voice of Customer (VOC) scores and expanding client relationships.
  3. Conduct conference calls and communications with clients; build rapport with stakeholders.

Requirements -

  1. Minimum 11 years of experience in Finance & Accounting with expertise in P2P.
  2. Demonstrated business acumen and P&L accountability.
  3. Experience in farming and supporting new business initiatives.
  4. Manage infrastructure utilization aligned with business and migration needs.
  5. Lead large teams and ensure talent development.
  6. Drive transformation initiatives including Consolidation, Harmonization, RPA, and Power BI.
  7. Qualification: Post Graduate/MBA – Qualified accountant preferred.
