Responsibilities:
Achieving planned business volumes and drive top-line growth.
End-to-end responsibility for B2B client acquisition and relationship management.
Identify and target government departments, public sector units, educational institutions, and other large organizations for AV product solutions.
Strengthening key account relationships and expand customer base.
Ensuring process compliance, systematic documentation, and improved customer engagement.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Engineering).
4+ years (Engineering graduate) in B2B sales in AV solutions.
Experience in dealing with institutional clients, especially in government or education sectors
Customer-first mindset with proven relationship-building skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
