Brand Manager – Offline Marketing – 4–5 Years – Hyderabad (HO)

Join a leading cement manufacturing company as a Brand Manager – Offline, driving all on-ground and trade marketing initiatives to build brand preference, enhance visibility, and strengthen engagement with key stakeholders including dealers, contractors, masons, and retailers.

Hyderabad (Head Office) – Extensive travel across states

Key Responsibilities:

Build impactful visibility strategies through differentiated offline marketing initiatives including hoardings, roadshows, and in-store branding.

Develop and deploy marketing collaterals (POSM, brochures, signages, display units) across trade touchpoints.

Design and execute BTL campaigns such as dealer meets, mason/contractor engagement programs, and retail activations.

Conceptualize and manage loyalty and recognition programs for masons and contractors to drive retention and advocacy.

Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure marketing activations align with business goals and local market needs.

Manage agency and vendor partnerships, ensuring cost optimization, quality execution, and timely delivery.

Track ROI of all offline campaigns, compile performance reports, and recommend strategic improvements.

Safeguard and ensure consistent brand identity across all offline touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For:

Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a related field.
-
Experience: 4–5 years of experience in BTL/field marketing within the cement, paints, tiles, FMCG, or building materials sectors (preferred).

Skills: Strong project and vendor management capabilities with excellent coordination and negotiation skills.

Other Requirements: High travel readiness and the ability to work closely with cross-functional and regional sales teams.
