Senior Research Analyst-Strategic (3+Years Exp)

Location: Bangalore

Summary: Looking for a candidate from Consulting background having experience into RPA tool, Macro Excel, Six Sigma Green Belt

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Collaborating along with stakeholders from different teams to understand their business needs, analyse and evaluate the viability of automation, and translate into RPA technical design documentations.

  2. Driving and actively managing the project schedules to achieve the anticipated business results as quickly as possible.

  3. Collaborating closely with the developer to ensure that business units are getting exceptional RPA support throughout the project

  4. Troubleshooting and correcting RPA-related technical problems

  5. Managing cost, time constraints, and performing risk assessments

  6. Collaborating with the Digital Transformation Leadership Team to ensure RPA adoption goals and business results are reached.

  7. Supporting project managers through participating and synthesizing stakeholder interviews.

  8. Monitoring and reviewing detailed data analysis to study trends and data patterns and present your observations to aid Business take necessary decisions.

 Requirements:

  1. Post-graduation or equivalent

  2. 3-5 years of experience in Consulting/working experience attained within at least one of the areas: F&A, Insurance, Banking and Client Interaction in Ui Path RPA Tool

  3. Experience in Primary & secondary research

  4. Trained/ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt

  5. Expert with MS Office, Excel Macros, Smartsheet application

  6. Proficiency in Email etiquettes/ communication is a must
