Business Analyst - Consulting - NCR
Hiring for a Business Analyst profile with a minimum of 4 years of experience in defining and leading the business improvements indicators. You will be involved in acquisition processes for supporting senior stakeholders.
Location - Delhi NCR

Roles & Responsibilities-
Frequently follows, analyses, and effectively communicates commercial performance against a set target with a strong focus on accuracy.
Identifying business trends by utilizing data and drawing insights that can be used to strengthen the strategy and processes.
Participating in key strategic projects to improve our commercial performance such as Pricing excellence, Business cases, tools, and software.
Coordinating with the sales team for ad hoc market information (S&T, Competition, territory sizing, etc.)
Requirements-
A sales & Marketing background is preferred.
Strong analytical skills
Medical or Pharma industry background is a plus.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams like finance, HR, Operations, IT, and R&D.
