Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients

  • Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate recurring


  • Pitch, promote and advertise our companys services and offerings

  • On board new client, assist clients formulating contractual agreement and getting new job requirements from them

  • Liaison with the Team Leaders on regular basis and act a bridge between Client and Employees

  • Conduct market research on a regular basis to understand current trends in recruitment industry

The Successful Candidate:


We are open to consider candidates from any experience and background; however, the candidate must fulfill the below criteria:

  • Should have 6+ years of experience in Business Development, either in a recruitment firm or a B2B setup

  • Should have a bachelor’s and an MBA/Post graduate degree

  • Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Should have strong commercial business acumen
