Binder Processing & Data Management Specialist - 1 to 5 Yrs - Gurgaon

An opportunity to join a fast-paced operations team responsible for binder processing, data validation, quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, and process excellence. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within defined SLAs and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities –

1. Binder Processing & Data Management: Process binder accounts of varying complexity within defined TAT and quality norms, ensuring accurate data validation, policy verification, premium computation, and system uploads.

2. Quality Assurance & SLA Adherence: Conduct self-QC checks, meet daily/weekly/monthly volume targets, comply with SOPs, and maintain 100% accuracy benchmarks.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with QA, audit, senior analysts, and cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies, respond to queries, and support client deliverables.

4. Process Improvement, Reporting & Team Support: Identify gaps, enhance workflows, assist in SOP creation, support MIS/reporting, and (for senior roles) mentor team members and guide on complex cases.

Requirements –

1. Experience in binder processing, insurance operations, or data management.

2. Strong understanding of policy validation, documentation review, and premium calculations.

3. Ability to meet volume-driven targets with high accuracy.

4. Proficiency in internal systems, trackers, and reporting tools (e.g., TS portals).

5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
