Chief Risk & Compliance Officer
LOCATION: Delhi
Leadership opportunity for Risk & Compliance Professionals with 10+ years of experience.
As the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer (CRCO), you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company adheres to regulatory standards and effectively manages risk. You will oversee all risk and compliance functions, provide strategic guidance to the executive team, and work closely with stakeholders to align compliance policies with organizational goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage qualitative and quantitative risk reporting aligned with IRDAI guidelines.
Address and resolve compliance issues and concerns in collaboration with stakeholders.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain a well-controlled organization.
Prepare and communicate the importance of business risk and compliance.
Develop and implement Business Risk plans to meet compliance standards.
Produce and enhance risk management frameworks and Board reports.
Establish and maintain corporate governance systems and incident management processes.
Ensure compliance with standards for managing suspected non-compliance incidents.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous senior-level experience in financial services, specifically in General Insurance/Broking in India.
Must be LLB, candidates having additional qualification of CA/CS will be preferred
In-depth compliance/legal knowledge relevant to the geographical territories of responsibility.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and their impact on business activities.
Proven ability to implement effective risk management frameworks.
Comprehensive understanding of insurance business practices.
Ability to build effective relationships with senior managers and stakeholders.
Quick problem diagnosis and foresight into potential issues.
