Cluster Manager (O&M) – Asset Management   -   10+ Years   -   Gurugram

Join a leading Asset Management team and take ownership of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) across Solar and Wind assets. Lead a team of Site Managers to optimise plant performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence across Maharashtra clusters.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and deploy O&M manpower, budgets, and resources for solar and wind projects.
2. Drive preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal plant performance and uptime.
3. Analyse plant data, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports and dashboards.
4. Manage vendor coordination, warranty claims, compliance, and risk mitigation.
5. Oversee energy forecasting, DSM coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

1. B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience (5+ in Solar and 5+ in Wind O&M).
2. Strong expertise in asset management, preventive maintenance, and performance analysis.
3. Hands-on experience in data monitoring, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
4. Proven ability to manage teams, vendors, and multiple project sites efficiently.
5. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
