Role Overview:

Requirements:-

  5+ years of hands-on experience with GCP compute services and cloud infrastructure, with strong Linux system administration skills (Windows Server experience is a plus).

  Solid knowledge of cloud security best practices, compute hardening, networking concepts, and troubleshooting across cloud and on-premise environments.

  Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell), infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible), and cloud monitoring, logging, and performance analysis tools.

  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in web technologies and web application troubleshooting.

  Must possess a graduation degree with Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo; willing to work from office in rotational shifts and able to join immediately

JD-

  Serve as the technical SME for GCP compute infrastructure, designing, implementing, and managing services such as Compute Engine, IAM, Networking (VPC, Subnets, Firewalls, Load Balancing), and Storage (Cloud Storage, Persistent Disk).

  Administer and optimize Linux systems (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and optionally Windows Server, ensuring cloud security best practices for access control, vulnerability management, and data protection.

  Monitor and troubleshoot compute resources, networks (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, routing, load balancing), and web application environments (HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, SSL/TLS).

  Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell, and leverage tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, or Cloud Build to improve operational efficiency.

  Provide expert guidance on system and cloud architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating complex technical concepts.
