Vice President – Business Analyst (Tech & Change)

We are seeking a senior Business Analyst leader to drive complex technology and change initiatives across enterprise programmes. This role blends strategic analysis, regulatory-focused delivery, and leadership of high-performing teams within large-scale transformation environments.

Location – Mumbai

Responsibilities –

1. Lead end-to-end business analysis for large-scale technology, regulatory, and change programmes
2. Define business cases, operating models, benefits frameworks, and realization strategies
3. Elicit, analyse, and document complex requirements including epics, user stories, and process flows
4. Partner with technology, architecture, and change teams to design and deliver robust solutions
5. Lead, mentor, and govern a team of Business Analysts, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery

Requirements –

1. Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within complex, enterprise-level environments
2. Proven experience leading and developing Business Analyst teams
3. Strong exposure to regulatory reporting initiatives, particularly ESG or sustainability-focused projects
4. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
5. Experience working in Agile environments with strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks
