Consultant (Digital Transformation) - Insurance/IT Consulting - Remote (5+ years)

Location: Remote

Mandatory/Non-negotiable requirement: Black Belt Certification/ Green Belt certified + Black Belt Trained

We are looking out for a consulting professional coming in with at least 5-8 years of professional work experience into digital transformation projects within insurance industry. You will be responsible for identifying necessary pre-requisite & limitations for digital implementation & establish ease of integration of digital solutions. Someone who will be majorly working with Working with Process/Domain SMEs to deploy and execute E2E digital transformation roadmap initiatives & weave digital across overall.

Responsibilities: 

1. Working with Process/Domain SMEs to deploy and execute E2E digital transformation roadmap initiatives & weave digital across overall.

2. Identifying necessary pre-requisite & limitations for digital implementation & establish ease of integration of digital solutions

3. Driving short, medium and long-term implementation plans with prioritized digital initiatives.

4. Leading sessions on developing AS-IS understanding for digital: As-Is Digital footprint and capabilities through SME interviews, Qualitative and quantitative data analysis for building. 

5. Undertaking a data-driven approach towards decision-making and facilitating continuous improvement efforts. 

6. Achieving quality savings and productivity targets. 

Requirements: 

1. Graduate/Post-Graduate with 5-8 years of professional experience majorly entailing digital transformation initiatives in the customer interaction space. Prior experience in retail, insurance and communications is preferable.

2. Excellent communication skills.

3. Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Power point & Minitab.

4. Black Belt Certified Preferred – However Green Belt Certified & Black Belt Trained.

1. Exposure of Intelligent Automation, Analytics, Design Thinking would be preferred.

2. Excellent stakeholder management skills.

3. Strong understanding of underlaying technology, solutioning, rationale of selected and proposing solution components. End to end solution.
