Consultant (Digital Transformation/Customer Interaction) - Consulting/Shared Services - Gurgaon/Pune - 8+ years
Location: Gurgaon/Pune (Hybrid)
We are looking out for a consulting professional coming in with at least 8+ years of professional work experience in digital transformation projects within the customer interaction space.
You will be responsible for identifying key opportunity areas within the client processes and lead Lean/Six sigma/transformation projects to facilitate process improvement and channel efficiency improvement.

Responsibilities:
Providing Solution RFPs / RFIs / Proactive proposals focused on Cx Transformation for existing as well as Prospect clients.
Identifying key opportunity areas in conjunction with Process/Domain SMEs across geographies to come up with Transformation proposals and plan aligned to strategy and business outcomes
Working with key senior stakeholders to steer the build-up and enhancement of the prioritized organizational capabilities
Managing relationships and activities in conjunction with Business Partners (Operations, Capability, IT, Client Partners)
Managing the outcomes of the transformation and strategic initiatives, track delivery and govern key cross functional processes
Supporting New Deals by giving Digital driven solutions and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful submission Eg :- Knowledge Management Solutions((Decision Trees / FAQ Bots) Cognitive Chatbots, Customer Interaction Analytics - Speech / Text / Data, Customer Journey Mapping Social media Analytics , Digital Dashboards etc.
Should be a value architect & Innovation manager for any domain/Industry i.e. Insurance or CPS
Must bridge any gap between the departments and maintain strong communications across all aspects of the company.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 -10 years of experience with at least 5 years in transformation for CIS Clients Preferred.
Expertise in using MS Office & Excellent PPT skills
Proven communication skills and ability to lead teams such as with knowledge harvesting, upskilling, innovation etc.
Hands on experience in creating solutions and executing projects on RPA, chatbot, Omni channel platforms like Azure, Genesys, AWS ,Preferred.
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
Understanding of Lean Six Sigma Concepts & their applicability is Preferred
