Responsibilities 

1. Leading end-to-end bid process management, including tender management and RFP drafting.   
2. Managing the procurement of electric buses, preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR), and vendor selection processes. 
3. Developing and implementing charging infrastructure solutions in line with the Gross Cost Contract (GCC) model. 
4. Conducting feasibility analyses and risk assessments for transportation projects. 
5. Collaborating with government and private stakeholders to meet project goals and timelines. 
6. Providing expert advice on contract negotiations, legal terms, and project execution. 
7. Analyzing smart mobility systems and presenting innovative solutions tailored to client needs. 
8. Ensuring compliance with applicable policies and guidelines during the bid and project execution stages. 

Requirements 

1. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in bid process management, government procurement, and transportation project consulting. 
2. Specialized Skills: Expertise in electric bus procurement, GCC models, charging infrastructure, and smart mobility systems. 
3. Analytical Competence: Proficiency in detailed feasibility analysis and risk assessments.   
4. Government Interface: Hands-on experience in tender management, RFP preparation, and working with government authorities. 
5. Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transportation, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field. 
6. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with key software tools for tender management and smart mobility planning. 
7. Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively and present project proposals convincingly.
