Location – Pune (Hybrid)

Responsibilities –

1. Support senior global credit analysts in evaluating the creditworthiness of insurance, banking, and financial institutions across North American & European markets.
2. Track macro-economic indicators, regulatory developments, and industry shifts to identify emerging credit triggers.
3. Conduct in-depth financial analysis supported by robust financial modelling, forecasting, peer benchmarking, and scorecard creation.
4. Prepare high-quality internal credit assessment packs and contribute to published credit rating reports.
5. Partner with global clients, ensuring timely delivery, analytical precision, and compliance with internal frameworks.

Requirements –

1. 3–7 years of experience in Credit Risk Analysis, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Financial Institutions research.
2. Strong expertise in financial modelling, macro-economic interpretation, and analysis of international financial statements.
3. Excellent report writing skills and the ability to synthesize sector insights clearly and professionally.
4. Understanding of Insurance KPIs, FI metrics, regulatory frameworks, and credit ratings methodologies.
5. MBA (Finance) or CA mandatory.
6. Strong sectoral knowledge across Banking, Insurance, and Financial Institutions, with the ability to interpret evolving market dynamics.
