As a Senior Analyst – Workforce Planning, you will play a critical role in driving forecasting accuracy, workforce optimization, and resource planning to support business objectives. This role requires strong analytical expertise, hands-on experience with workforce management and forecasting models, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Forecasting & Analysis: Develop, maintain, and enhance accurate forecasting models to predict workload, staffing, and resource requirements.
Data Analysis: Analyze historical data, trends, and business drivers to generate actionable workforce insights.
Workforce Planning: Partner with stakeholders to design and execute workforce strategies aligned with business goals.
Real-time Management: Monitor staffing plans and make adjustments based on real-time data and changing business needs.
Reporting & Metrics: Prepare and present detailed workforce performance reports, forecasting accuracy, and key operational metrics.
KPI Management: Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) against service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Automation & Optimization: Lead initiatives to automate and streamline workforce management and forecasting processes.

Requirements

• Graduate degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in workforce management with a strong focus on forecasting and analytics.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing forecasting models in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines with minimal supervision.
