Deputy Manager –Corporate Affairs STU Projects -6-12 years- Lucknow and Rajasthan-Remote
Summary: This role is pivotal in securing, tracking, and maintaining all statutory and regulatory approvals required for the timely execution and commissioning of STU‑connected solar power projects across Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. You will coordinate hands‑on with DISCOMs, SLDCs, CEIGs, state nodal agencies, and other government bodies while ensuring compliance with evolving policy frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit all necessary applications and documentation for:
Connection Agreements, Bay Estimates & Readiness
SLDC & CEIG registrations (Consumer & Generator)
PTCC approvals, encumbrance removal, highway crossings for transmission lines
Discom NOCs, STOA/LTOA, BPTA & BPWA agreements, wheeling & banking approvals
TL route profiles, WCCs, auxiliary load sanctions, COD certificates
Labour licences & BOCW registrations
Liaise directly with UPPTCL, RVPNL, UPNEDA, RREC, and SLDCs to drive approvals.
Interface regularly with transmission/distribution authorities, pollution boards, forest & fire departments, urban local bodies, and Gram Panchayats to expedite processing.
Maintain and update comprehensive records of all approval‑related documents; track lead times, dependencies, and expirations.
Support route sanction estimates, mitigation NOCs (irrigation, defence, airport authorities), and technical follow‑ups.
Monitor policy updates from UPNEDA, RERC, RREC, and UPPCL; summarize and disseminate key changes.
Coordinate with internal teams—Engineering, Land, Regulatory, Consultants, Project Execution—and offtakers to ensure all data inputs and sign‑offs are secured.
Conduct site visits for inspections, clearance objections, or readiness assessments as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline
Experience: Minimum 6 years handling statutory approvals for solar or power transmission projects
Technical Skills: In‑depth knowledge of UP & Rajasthan STU approval processes; strong drafting, follow‑up, and record‑keeping capabilities; proficient in English and Hindi
