Deputy Manager – India PMO (Capacity/Workforce Planning) – 5+ years
An exciting job opportunity for a working professional having at least 5 years of experience in Capacity planning, Forecasting and Headcount analysis.

Creating forecasts by analyzing past volumes and trends to arrive at accurate future volume projections in collaboration with various functions and monitor them against actuals.
Ensuring quality of all the MIS / dashboards / scorecards are accurate and are published as per agreed timeliness.
Working closely with the leadership and Finance teams on timely budgeting and forecasting exercise and maintain one version of the headcount landscape across business functions.
Leading and monitoring periodic growth forecasts by working closely with various teams.
Acting as the gatekeeper of all incoming business case approvals from Regional Finance teams and India CEO enabling real estate capacity, infrastructure and hiring planning
Recognizing business problems and arrive at solutions through data / structured problem solving and automation
Leading special projects and process improvement initiatives within teams as required
Acting as the custodian of time and motion studies for processes to ensure right staffing.
Driving planning sessions / workshops with stakeholders in collaboration with the Marsh Continuous Improvement team for seasonal volumes & spikes.
Graduation / Post-Graduation
5 to 7 years of experience and expertise in data analysis, data modelling, dash boarding, identifying right metrics, creating reports and presenting to senior leadership
Expertise in advanced MS Excel, macros, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps and QlikView
Excellent proficiency and comfort with numbers
Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, communication and negotiation skills
What makes you stand out?
Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) or equivalent industry certification
Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
Domain knowledge in the Insurance space
