Finance Controller - CA - 6-10 Years - Gurgaon

We are hiring for a Finance Controller role with a globally reputed leadership advisory and executive search firm. This is a hands-on role requiring strong expertise in the Indian financial ecosystem, financial reporting, compliance, and stakeholder management. The position demands close interaction with senior stakeholders in India and globally and offers an opportunity to drive financial performance and governance excellence.

Location - Gurgaon.

Responsibilities -

1. Managing end-to-end accounting operations including billing, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
2. Coordinating and directing preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, including variance reporting.
3. Analyzing financial data and presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
4. Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements and reports.
5. Coordinating regulatory reporting and ensuring statutory compliance within the Indian financial ecosystem.

Requirements -

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
2. Post-qualification experience of 6 to 10 years.
3. Proven experience in finance and accounting management.
4. Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability.
5. Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, auditing practices, and regulatory compliance.
