Finishing Engineer– 7+ years - Jaipur

Location – Jaipur

Key Responsibilities –

•            Oversee on-site finishing activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to high-quality standards.

•            Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and MEP teams for smooth integration of finishing components.

•            Analyze and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to finishing scope.

•            Track project progress and ensure alignment with defined timelines and budgetary constraints.

•            Conduct routine site inspections to verify compliance with safety protocols and quality benchmarks.

•            Address technical challenges on-site and implement effective solutions to maintain workflow.

•            Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure prompt delivery of materials and services.

•            Maintain accurate documentation including daily progress logs, quality checklists, and snag reports.

•            Ensure finishing works are executed in line with client expectations and project specifications

Requirements –

•            A graduate degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.

•            At least 8 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a specialization in finishing works.

•            Demonstrated track record in managing institutional or commercial construction projects.

•            In-depth understanding of finishing materials, application techniques, and industry standards.

•            Strong capabilities in project planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination.

•            Skilled in using AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant design and scheduling tools.

•            Effective communicator with proven leadership and team management skills.

•            Ability to thrive under pressure while handling multiple responsibilities efficiently
