Key Responsibilities –

•            Drive operational rigor across the Automation Team by planning, implementing, and monitoring key HR projects.

•            Support strategic talent management by identifying talent strengths and gaps.

•            Contribute to the execution of strategic talent plans, talent movement strategies, and L&D opportunities for the Automation Team.

•            Provide insights, feedback, and recommendations for the development and implementation of a holistic people plan covering talent, leadership, diversity, and culture.

•            Lead change initiatives by evaluating internal drivers, external factors, risks, and benefits to foster adoption and develop effective change management strategies.

•            Recommend inclusive leadership practices and implement interventions to enhance leadership and team performance.

•            Leverage understanding of the Automation Team’s business strategy to align people and organizational priorities with business goals.

•            Strong command over written, verbal, and presentation communication.

•            Possesses sharp analytical acumen for data-driven decision-making.

•            Experienced in coaching both employees and leadership through sensitive and complex challenges.
