General Manager - Transactional Quality – BFS (15+ Years)

We are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to oversee quality operations within our BFS (Banking and Financial Services) division. This role will be based in Gurgaon, India, and offers an exciting opportunity to drive quality initiatives and ensure operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

  2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the BFS sector.

  3. Strong understanding of banking and financial services operations and associated quality requirements.

  4. Proven track record in implementing quality initiatives and driving process improvements.

  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
