Golang Developer – 10+ years – Mumbai

Location- Mumbai

Summary - We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer with deep Go knowledge, strong architecture skills, and experience working in distributed/microservices environments.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test and deploy high-quality services and APIs using Golang.
2. Collaborate on architecture and implementation of new features and platform improvements.
3. Monitor, optimize and scale systems for performance, stability and reliability.
4. Participate in code reviews, maintain code quality and write technical documentation.
5.    Debug, troubleshoot complex production issues and support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
2. 10+ years of development experience with significant hands-on Golang work.
3. Prior experience with Java is desirable.
4. Strong understanding of Go idioms, concurrency patterns and tooling.
5. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture and unit testing.
6. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
7. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
8. Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
9. Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
10. Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
