Are you a seasoned training professional with a passion for leadership and process excellence? We are looking for a Training Manager to oversee the training needs of a large team employees in the US Healthcare RCM domain.

Responsibilities:

1️ - Leading and mentoring a team of trainers to ensure impactful training delivery
2️-  Developing and enhancing training programs, including SOPs, guides, and assessments
3 - Executing training deliverables, audits, and Performance Knowledge Transfer (PKT)    calibrations
4️-  Monitoring and optimizing new hire training and performance tracking
5️- Conducting certification programs and skill-enhancement workshops for trainers
6️- Ensuring compliance with training governance and maintaining training reports

Requirements:

1️- 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM
2️- Strong understanding of Medical Billing, AR Collections, and Denial Management
3️- Proven expertise in training strategy, process improvement, and quality assurance
4️- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
