Group Manager-Operations – Blended (10+ years)
The client is looking for professional having 10+ years of experience in team handling into blended processes (Voice, non- voice, back-end).
Location- Pune

Responsibilities-
Leading a team of 150 agents, Deputy Managers, Assistant Managers and SME's to perform effectively against set SLAs/KPIs
Executing strategies to improve your teams’ overall performance
Leading interventions to deliver change and transformation within the business adding value to the business
Managing teams with effective leadership, coaching and support
Working closely with other departments to ensure effective operations
Client Interactions and Management
Process Improvement through collaborations
Requirements-
Prior experience of Team handling for 2 years (Team Size : 100+)
. MS Office skills (Excel, Power point) are required. Power BI knowledge is a plus
Experience Data reading and interpretation skills.
Team Management and Coaching & Counselling Skills
Knowledge into Stakeholder Management
