Group Manager - Supply Chain/Order Management - 5+ Years - Pune

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Order Management professional to lead end-to-end customer order operations, stakeholder coordination, and service excellence in a fast-paced global shared services environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in leadership, process ownership, and customer experience delivery.

Location - Pune

Your Future Employer – A globally established Business Process Management (BPM) organization with a strong international footprint, supporting 400+ enterprise clients across Shipping & Logistics, Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, and Retail. The organization is known for its digital innovation, analytics-driven execution, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities –

  1. Manage customer orders from inception to closure including pricing, delivery confirmation, and SAP order entry.
  2. Coordinate invoice corrections, return authorizations, and corrective action requests.
  3. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
  4. Collaborate with multiple internal teams to resolve customer queries and support tickets.
  5. Take full ownership and accountability of customer issues until final resolution.
  6. Monitor internal KPIs and ensure consistent service excellence.
  7. Identify, escalate, and resolve complex order and service-related issues.
  8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Customer Relationship Management.
  2. Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS preferred).
  3. Prior experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or Sales Operations.
  4. Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  5. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  6. Excellent problem-solving ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
