Responsibilities 

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of Guidewire-based solutions to meet customer requirements. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust and scalable system architectures that integrate seamlessly. 
• Provide architectural leadership in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Guidewire products including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. 
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system optimization to ensure efficient operations. 
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting technical solutions to support business strategies and goals. 
• Mentor and guide technical teams to enhance their expertise in Guidewire products and solutions. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and Guidewire advancements, championing best practices in software development. 

Requirements 

• At least 14+ years of IT experience in Guidewire technologies with hands-on expertise in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. 
• Strong understanding of Guidewire architecture, frameworks, and insurance industry workflows. 
• Proficiency in Java, GOSU scripting, and database management systems like MSSQL or Oracle. 
• Proven ability to design and integrate Guidewire solutions in complex environments. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on detail and quality. 
• Strong communication skills with an ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced certifications in Guidewire are a plus.
