Job opportunity for General Administration in research & advisory-based organisation for Gurgaon location. In this role you will be responsible in leading the complete administration for a leading MNC. Candidates having extensive experience in facility management, administration, housekeeping, security and vendor management, travel & transport management will be preferred.   1. Manage administrative activities encompassing equipment procurement, maintenance, housekeeping, safety, security, and employee induction.

  2. Lead and manage the admin team, including contractual employees in housekeeping and security, ensuring performance management, engagement, and motivation.

  3. Plan and prepare monthly finance reports for office infrastructure and facilities maintenance.

  4. Develop an understanding of current and future business needs, define resource requirements, and manage office space, seating, expansions, and renovations.

  5. Budgeting, cost control, and monitoring budget variances.

  6. Oversee repair, maintenance, and replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, vehicles, and building.

  7. Manage procurement, implementation, and operations of security and surveillance systems, including vendor management.

  8. Establish and maintain processes, documentation, business controls, audits, statutory compliance, and asset management.



  1. Holds a Master’s degree in Operations or Business Management, demonstrating advanced qualifications.

  2. Brings 12 to 16 years of hands-on experience in Facilities management and administration, indicating extensive practical expertise.

  3. Has led teams for a minimum of 5 years, showcasing strong leadership skills.

  4. Proficient in managing global stakeholders, with adaptability and effective communication across diverse backgrounds.

  5. Experienced with Finance or HR ERP systems, showcasing technical competency.

  6. Possesses superior communication skills and MS-Office expertise, adept at time management, cost consciousness, collaboration, decision-making, and producing high-quality reports. Additionally, fosters teamwork and maintains a solution-oriented approach.
